Today’s blog is about Joseph Rouphael who is our dedicated Technical Director.
Joseph joined Telecom26 in 2020 bringing with him over two decades of experience in software engineering and mobile telecommunication industry. Prior to joining Telecom26, Joseph worked in several senior engineering positions including his role as director of technology for Jinny Software (an Enghouse company) leading the R&D team and driving the company strategy to introduce new products and technologies.
His extensive expertise and innovative vision have been instrumental in shaping the technological advancements at Telecom26 over the past few years.
Telecom26 is expanding rapidly as demand across our portfolio of global connectivity increases. Joseph is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of various projects, currently being rolled out, or planned for the future, focusing on the network side technologies such as 4G, 5G and VoLTE, as well as the device side technologies such as eSIM, mobile applications and SIM applets.
His leadership has also been pivotal in driving numerous innovations that enhance our global connectivity service offerings and customer experience including:
- IMS core and VoLTE deployment
- The rollout of eSIM Consumer and M2M platforms
- Enhancing our global connectivity service with Advanced Security features
- The development of an eSIM LPAd solution for OpenWRT routers
